    Hi,

    I see next lines in product log:

     2016-01-05 15:14:22 |ERROR|X|IO |pid=32715.140701868455680| owls_user_read            | cannot read USER [][            ], err=3
    | 2016-01-05 15:14:22 |ERROR|X|IO |pid=32715.140701868455680| o_io_cache_data_provider_ | Error getting User <>: 600

    What is mentioned with this error ?

    Hi Stijn,

    What's the DUAS version? Has the Node been upgraded recently?
    This error usually occurs when you have Users with different Author codes on cross nodes sessions.

    Hello Octavie,

    No still not solved.
    This node has been upgraded recently, version now is 6.4.41

    I've did already some checks and i didn't saw any user with different author code on different nodes.

    numlot is a launch nr ? Is there a way to see a launch nr that is older then 2 months ?

    Because numlot992187 is too old to see this in the job runs
