When we run a business object report as scheduled and it finishes, we can see the report in the report library, but the "Export" link does not work. When we try and use the Export link to either a pdf or excel, the report never opens or exports. The cursor just spins and eventually times out.
Check if the Business object services are running or not and instances from BO are not deleted leaving orphan in PPM
Thanks for the reply. I know that the BO services are running. How would our app admin check to see if any instances from BO are not deleting leaving an orphan?
