  • 1.  View Log Restricts it to only 10 log files

    Hello

     

    Environment: Apigateway 9.2 with CR05 on Redhat VM Appliance

     

    We have Log Files to Keep value as 20 for ssg log.  But the View Log screen from Policy Manager only shows 10 files as shown:

     

    1. Configuration showing Log Files to Keep as 20

     

     

    2. View Log screen showing only 10 ssg log files.

     

     

    3. Here's the ssg log files from the logs folder on the gateway showing all the 20 files.

     

     

    Question: Is there any way to show all the log files in the View Log window in Policy Manager?

    Hi,

     

    I tried Appliance Gateway Main Menu. Display Log Viewing menu also shows only 9 old log files even if there are over 10 ssg log files, as well as Policy Manager.

     

    Display Log Viewing

    The behavior seems a restriction. As docops document states, you may access the Gateway log files directory through the file structure.

    Hi,

     

    I posted the Idea on this.

    Expand the max number of “ssg” log files which is listed in “View Log”.
