  • 1.  Debugging methods in CA ITPAM

    Hi team, 

     

    As a precaution i want to configure CA ITPAM services/server in my monitoring tool for application level monitoring. Are there any  suggested parameters that can be added into monitoring for best results. so far i have performed below actions:

    1. Add services of Application into monitoring

    2. Add server for regular diagnostic/health checks

    3. Add c2o.log file into monitoring into debug mode for capturing errors/warnings if any.

    That is correct.  The c2o.log is the primary log for Process Automation.  Its your preference but setting this to debug may give you to much information.  You may want to set this to INFO.  There are not other Proc Auto logs I would monitor.  Thank you.
