  • 1.  How to Bulk Upload new CI's in CA PPM™ ver 14.4.0.234 02 9

    Hi,

    I have given new CI's in CA PPM™ Version 14.4.0.234 02 9 when I looked into it there is only manual option of uploading one after the other. Is there a way to Bulk upload the new CI's?

     

    Please anyone help.

    Can you clarify what you mean by CI? When I see that I think Configuration Item which is a function of CA ITSM, not PPM.

    That is a custom object, not something built in to the tool. I've noticed that in several of your other posts as well. In the future please specify if you're asking about something native in the tool or custom as it will save some time. As for importing, the official answer is to use XOG to import custom object instances. There are ways to use Excel to format the XML, search the forums for plenty of previous discussions on the topic.
