    I have a user that cannot see their own data under the Resource Planning Workloads Page.  What are the minimum rights required to see their own values?

    The right to access the page (in case you have configured it on a page) + the access to the portlet

     

    In case, you have not configured it on a page, only access to the portlet would be enough - the user can configure on the tab they want it to show up on

    Hi Lowell,

     

    I believe  that you need the global access right : Dashboard - Edit All to see the page.

    Granting the instance right of Portlet - View for Resource Workloads would allow a user to see the portlet. But to see resources on the portlet, the minimum right needed would be "Resource - View" rights to that resource. It seems there may be something else going on preventing the user from seeing the value on the portlet, so we can take a look on a WebEx.

    For this particular instance, we resolved the issue by doing a Restore Defaults on the portlet for the user. Clicking Show All on the portlet displayed other users, but the one user was not displaying for the user when filtering specifically for that user.

    Steps to resolve:

    1. For the user with the issue, go to the Resource Workloads portlet and click Options->Configure

    2. Go to General tab and click Restore Defaults

    Then the resource was able to see the user in the portlet.
