I need the Auto Sys software to be installed where can I download the package

I am sending you below the detailed information for your download:

 

1. Login to “support.ca.com” and select “Download Management” in the provided options.

 

You can use the following link to access directly to the “Download Management”

 

https://support.ca.com/us/download-center.html

 

 

2. Then search for the product: CA Workload Automation AE - Scheduler (AutoSys)

 

3. Then click on the number of “Product Downloads Available” (34)

 

 4. Then “Filter Search Results” on: “CA Workload Automation AE Server”

 

5. According to your contracts, you will get the following options or similar:

 

CA Workload Automation AE Server 1 - 2 CPUs MULTI-PLATFORM

 

CA Workload Automation AE Server 3 - 4 CPUs MULTI-PLATFORM

 

CA Workload Automation AE Server 5+ CPUs MULTI-PLATFORM

……..

 

 6. Select the required “Release” and “Service Pack”

 

7. Then click on one of the available options (Click on the blue link).

 

8. You can download the required .iso files by clicking on the “Cloud” icon.

 

Example:

 

CA WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER FOR LINUX R11.4 SP6 DVD MEDIA DVDWCCLN114S6E.iso

 

CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE R11.3.6 SP7 FOR UNIX/LINUX DVD – MEDIA DVDUNLNX1136S72E.iso

I am also trying to download the same but on accessing the page "https://support.ca.com/us/download-center.html", I am getting "You are not authorized to view this page" error.

 

I am logged to the page yet I am getting the access error.
