I need create condition to survey: type = incident and customer.location = ***.
I saw that if I attach survey to the notification I can't attach condition for the survey.
Is there any other way to do this?
When we are looking for Activity Notification survey tab, we can't identify any way to do this work but...
we can work on Notification Rules TAB where it's possible using some notifcation rule
and ... we can to configure a where condition
OBS: This action has a side effect where the stricter Rules will be unable

I did it, I attached a condition and the survey to the activity notification, and I left the stricter Rules unabled.
it still does not refer to the condition
