Error at admin content csk

Hi,

 

We are trying to deploy Jaspersoft on Clarity 15.2. Jaspersoft Server and Application along with Data Warehouse is installed and working, but when trying to execute the command: admin content csk we get multiple errors ( admin.log ) like:

Do you have any ideea what is causing this? 

 

Attached is the whole admin.log file if this might help you.

Later edit: I forgot to mention that the db instance is Oracle 11g, maybe the PMO is not compatible with this version of db.

Hi Liviu,

 

Can you please navigate to Home -> Projects, and check if a template with ID "csk.infrastructure", is setup properly.. In terms of Start Dates and Finish Dates etc, of the Template itself and w.r.t the Cost Plans, Team etc..

I see no template with that ID. Actually I see no OOTB template, only 1 that is custum.

You will not have that template because its not created in the system yet, hence raise a case we will help you xog in manually and then install the addin

I have managed to XOG manually, but now we got different kind of errors( full log is in the original post, with "second try" as name)

Hi,

 

I've managed to install csk and resolve the issue. For other that have the same issue, please find the procedure used:

 

1. Stop all services
2. Execute SQL query "select * from cmn_install_history order by installed_date desc" and delete the existing csk entry (if any)
3. Back up the files from the following location: <clarity_home>/META-INF/content/xog/csk
4. Move the back up OUT of the clarity home directory path (off the system completely is preferred)
5. Delete the csk directory from step 2
6. Open install iso and extract install.jar to a temporary location
7. Extract the newly obtained package.jar inside the temporary location's, <temp_loc>/install-packages/13.3.0
8. Copy META-INF/content/xog/csk folder (from the package.jar) to step 2's location

9. Install PMO normally (admin content csk)
