How to trace the Defects converted as US

Is there way to get the traceability between defects converted as User stories in Rally

One way would to be to  review the revision history of the defect which should show you the User story.

But the problem is when we have too many defects converted as US. It will be tedious for anyone to manually verify the history of all US or defect.
