  • 1.  ESM license upload

    Hi All,

     

           I have configured ESM in my gateway and tried to access the portal in browser. I am able to access the ESM in browser but as soon as i logged in , it is asking license file. Could you please someone guide me how to get the license file.

    you have to log a support case requesting for license

    Thank you...

    My company has requested Gateway license so they have given Dev license for 50 years.

    So, Will we get the license from them with similar way?

    Or Do we need to pay license cost for ESM?

    ESM is a separately license product.

     

    I would work with your CA account team to get this going for you.
