A ticket was recently opened to address a problem with intermittent slow RSA Authentication. Ultimately, the problem turned out to be that the customer was using multiple RSA servers, and the second one was not working. We could see in a network trace that was taken that one of the RSA servers was not responding. When we got on a webex the RSA Admin was able to tell us that he could not even login to that server. When the problem with the RSA server was resolved, the problem with intermittent slow RSA Authentication was resolved as well. Keep this in mind should you see this symptom.
