Team Center is displaying blank screen with Error

    Hi Team,

     

    We are using CA APM 10.2 in our environment. When i am trying to connect with Team Center it is giving me following error:

     

    Error reading data from polling URL: ../apm/appmap/private/permission. Retrying in 60000ms

     

    I have checked the following doc also but the properties are already defined for the rest-api properties:

    I am also getting the following error in the webview logs:

    Kindly help to resolve this error.

    Make sure to not configure TC/WV to use a DNS alias/virtual IP in front of the MOM EM. Make to point directly at your active MOM EM.

    The product does not current support use of aliases/VIPs in the TC/WV configuration.

    Thanks for your response . Kindly correct me if I am understanding wrong are you talking about the following properties:

    And we are using standalone APM only one EM is there.

    What kind of messages are being generated in your logs?

    8/22/16 10:18:41.607 AM MYT [DEBUG] [WebView] CA-APM Cookie is NULL.

    8/22/16 10:18:45.983 AM MYT [WARN] [WebView] Failure due to validate XSRF token.

     

    What browser are you using? Is it HTML5 compliant?

    Are you using any browser extensions/plugins which may cause the page to not render properly?

    Hey Hilo,

     

    I am using Firefox 42.0 there is no plugins in the browser.

    Do you get the same behavior when using Chrome?

    Also logs are in INFO mode. Does DEBUG give you any additional info?

    Hello VInay,

     

    Is it getting blank just after you start Webview and try to login or you can navigate a bit to record this error?

    Use FireFOx or Chrome and enable DEBUG mode by pressing F12 and try to reproduce, it will bring exactly where it is stopping.

    Thanks for your response. I have debug it in firefox,it captured the error but I am not getting the clue how can I solve it.

    You have to go to "network" not under performance.

    I have analyze the network tab also. Following is the screen shot:

     

    When I clicked on link:

     

    It is the same error which displayed in team center also.

    Could I get any information from this screen?

    Hi Vinay:

    This has gone though multiple iterations without resolution. I am going to sugges opening a case to work the issue. Because I am suggesting the case approach, I am marking as answered. You are welcome to post further requests and the resolution here. However, the focus should be through a case at this point.
