Why would "Calculated Risk = 9" for a risk in v14.4 seem to display Amber under Project Risks and Red under Overview Risks?

    Hi,

The "Calculated Risk" for the same value "9" appears Amber under the Project Risks/Issues/CR portlet and Red under the Overview Risks, Issues and Changes portlet.

Looks liked the risks is not calculating correctly under the Overview.

    Kind Regards

Hi Angie, the page in the top screenshot is typically referring to the Administration configuration for Risk Settings (under a standard install can be found under Administration Menu => Project Management => Risk Settings

Whereas the screenshot captured below has a different set of portlet settings with the 'Calculated Risk' attribute being calculated on the fly and a different set of display mappings.

Try checking both to see whether you have a discrepancy between the two.

    Hi Angie,

As Chris said, we need to have same intervals defined at both places one at attributes available at Object level &

the other at the attributes at the Query used in the Risk Management portlet.
