    Hi Karim,

Are you following the instructions provided here: Upgrade Jaspersoft and Advanced Reporting Content - CA PPM - 15.2 - CA Technologies Documentation .. Or are you attempting an in-place upgrade..?

    Hi Karim,

I met the same problem, I was doing one thing in a wrong way, during the upgrade procedure you are asked to specify full path to exported content from original version of JasperSoft (zip file you created).

From the error log you provided it seems that you specified this full_path as "C:\jsftinstall\" and that is probably the problem.

    Hope this helps,

    Martin
