  • 1.  WCC error while View Job Details

    Hi all

     

    My Operator trying to view job details from WCC console but getting below error.

    i am attaching error screenshot also.

    Can help to resolve this error ?

     

    Error Details :

     

    Error:E131002 Invalid server name or permission to access denied/

    Warning: W134002 There were no servers found.Please create servers in WCC.

    I see that there is no old track of this error E131002, But it states that either it could be wrong server name provided under drop down in quick view or it might not have been highlighted. Or There could be an Access Issue with the Server in EEM preventing him to access the Server. You could do a permission check to server access policy under EEM 'WCC004' Application -> Under 'Manage Access policies' -> Permission Check.

     

    Or

     

    There is no server defined yet to WCC hence the message occurs. Try one of those. Incase all makes sense and still issue persists you could raise a support case to troubleshoot further.

    is WCC up and running?

    is eem setup properly?
