There are instructions written far better than anything I could write up for you in the forums in the CA eHealth Reports User and Administration Guide.
The steps for scheduling the reports will vary for different types of reports, as they will require slightly different choices and input to set up depending on the needs of the individual report.
The newest documentation is the 6.3.2.07 Book shelf. You likely need to log in, but try this URL. If it works it will lead you right to the book shelf containing that guide for review.
Alternatively log in to support.ca.com. Mouse over the arrow under the Knowledge Center option and select the Documentation option. Look for an option labeled "Or select a Bookshelf for slightly older releases" and in the text field below it enter "CA eHealth". Select the required book shelf.
Within you'll find the guides that contain the steps needed to schedule reports in eHealth.
