using APM and CEM can we follow a transaction end to end for a given user ID, for exemple
- when a user access to a transaction (login for example) I want to follow all metrics : the information given in CEM and what is executed in application (SQL requests ....) ?
Also converting to a question since not a best practice/customization issue
Have you investigated using RTTM with user groups or CEM transaction traces to do something along these lines?
the "RTTM Collection Service" is started on CEM, but I did not found how to make the correlation between a transaction in CAM and APM .

The best way to tie CEM transactions to Introscope Java processing is the problem resolution triage integration.
That is described at Configure Introscope to Work with CEM - CA Application Performance Management - 10.3 - CA Technologies Documentation
RTTM (Now Customer Experience Metrics) will not give transaction traces
Have you enabled problem resolution triage integration on one agent? This should show some part of sql requests for some customer transactions
I did the needed configuration but I can't get the matching between transaction trace and CEM incident for example:
From what I can see, the problem resolution triage is not enabled or not shown. I can't tell if you have an Introscope section in your defect, x-wily-info headers appearingor not. I answered the original question above on how this can be done. Now we are trying to get the functionality established. It is best for this to open up a case and do a webex with the Support Engineer to get this working. Please let me know how you make out. If you provide the case number, I will follow its progress.
