  • 1.  salesforce with Rally integration

    Hi ,

    We have a requirement to sync data in Rally to Salesforce. We are using Rally for Project Management.  Whenever there is any change in Rally, we need to update those data in Salesforce. Please let us know how it is feasible and how to achieve the same.

    There is a Salesforce integration available.  Please see the information available about it in the Agile Central Help here. Hopefully it will meet your needs.

    Unfortunately, the connector is a one-way connector to move information from SFDC to AC.  It doesn't provide bi-directional support (got this answer from the support folks because we had the same question). There are third party tools that can do bi-directional transfer, but each has it's limitations.  Our company is looking at TaskTop.
