We have BO reporting server and we are in Clarity PPM 13.3 version.
We wanted to send the scheduled reports to the user through mail attachment automatically.
Is there any chance we can do that?
If you enable email server at the BO then only its possible and its not a supported stack.
I assume that whenever we run a scheduled report it gets stored in reporting server. But I am not aware of the path where it stores in the server. Can you help me with path?
If through a custom clarity process I pick this report from the server and send it across to the user was what I planned.
But I am not sure of the consequences.
Any idea from your end is highly appreciated.
There is a output folder which you configure on the job server and under that you can find the path. However it will be having internal id and too difficult to find out.
We do scheduled reports and report bursting from Business Objects - this works great, but like Suman said, this is not a supported use of the OEMed Business Objects therefore if you do this you're on your own.

You can also do it from within BO (unsupported). I do not have access to BO any more, but if you bring up the CMC login page, you can press "Help".

There is a wealth of email information in the BO help files. I would still recommend that you upgrade to JasperSoft.

13.3 and BO both go out of support this year, so you'll need to consider a upgrade soon to 14.3/4 and jaspersoft. (14.4 drops support for BO!)

From the comments I can understand that 13.3 will be unsupported from next year onwards.
And Sending mails to user is possible through BO reporting server, for that the mail settings has to be configured from BO server.
