    It's not immediately obvious what the cause is without knowing the error you're getting, but I suspect you may want to reset the password for the user. There's a tech document for doing so:

    see if that gets the login working.

    Hello Iain,

     

    I got resolved these issue of SADMIN lock  with the help of your document,thanks a lot for the your valuable knowledge.

    I have a new query i just want to know how we can integrate from CABI 4.1 SP3 to CA BSI 8.3,5 is there any connector required or how can we get the data from the reporting server?

    Please help out to me regarding these.

    (edit - my apologies; somehow misread CABI and thought CMDB instead)

     

    We don't have a direct integration between CABI and BSI, sorry.
