We have a bug CLRT-81029 In IE11, Jaspersoft 6.2.1 randomly minimizes when you click on Advanced Reporting or general repository navigation links
Thanks Suman for the response.
Could you please let me know when can we expect fix for this.
This is targeted to be in next patch of 15.1, however for your version please work with Support to see if we can get this fixed in 14.4
There is a new patch available for Jaspersoft 6.2 Patch 126.96.36.199 - After installing this patch the issue is fixed.
I overlooked the status, yes it was fixed in the latest Jaspersoft patch
we are facing this issue with following version of Jaspersoft: 6.2.1_188.8.131.52
From the number is seems that we have higher version, am I right? Or do we need to apply another patch?
Thank you and regards,

I am sorry to hear that, we haven't seen this is after the patch, we might have to look at the IE settings particular to this user machine.
I tried to restore default setting of my IE and it now works as expected, have you got any idea which setting can cause this behavior?
Thank you and Regards,
Once the patch is installed, you need to clear out the cache as we made changes to some cookies and I did write a blog on the same
