how can i solve this problem during upgrading robots

Sometimes the error is seen while the upgrade was actually successful. Please check if robot version is updated or not.

i found that the error due to firewall configuration, the firewall should be turned off in order to upgrade the robot.

moreover, i had another error which says " inst_pkg failed: not found" do you have any idea about it

Hi Guys, switching off anti-virus/windows defender on destination server fixed this for me.

While upgrading from 7.63 to 7.80 i am facing the issue .What will be the solution.
