    Hi Nuno,

    Yes, it is possible.

If you have the Desktop Client for CAWA DE, on the right-hand-side, you will find "Monitoring" under the "Palette".

Here, you will find the "File Trigger" job type, which lets you configure a trigger based on the following file actions/statuses:

    - Create

    - Update

    - Delete

    - Expand

    - Shrunk

    - Existing

    - Non-Existing

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Nuno,

    • If you are looking for the filewatcher functionality similar to AE, this can be achieved by enabling the parameter

filemonplugin.runexternal=true  in agentparm.txt.  See link below details.

Configure the Agent to Run File Triggers as Separate Processes - CA Workload Automation Agents - 11.3 - CA Technologies …

    • If you are looking for file trigger event in DE, see link below for details.

Trigger Workload When a File is Created - CA Workload Automation DE - 11.3.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

    • If you are looking monitoring jobs, follow the response from Avinash.

Let us know if you require further assistance.
