  • 1.  CEM Defects Response Body

    One of the most important source of problem identification for us is the CEM Response body content. To speed up the incident classification, is there any place on the server/cemdb that we can look at all the response bodies produced by CEM? Our intent is to read the location as a log and look for some particular error fields.

    Using the Export Tool, you should be able to see by looking at the data as well adding the  tag

     

    -metakeys: the defect meta keys which the values are to be retrieved as part of the defect data.

     

    You can also access table ts_defect_meta_key. The recording session table also have a field for response body.

     

    You can also pull this information in the TIM logs with the http parameters/components enabled.
