In Resources / Contact Information. The job Title is limited to 32 characters. I would like to extend this per our Active Directory Standard to 128 Character. Is it possible? I did not find in which object I can adjust the contact field and page.
That is SRM_CONTACTS.JOB_TITLE and the length in db is 32.

That is not listed in the attributes of the resource object nor in the editable view definitions. So it would have to be done in the db (which not a big challenge if you have access) and then to modify the which define the display.
But as the discussion tell that is not good a custom field in the properties section would be much better and supported.
That would also be easy to retrieve for reports.

The only thing that bug me is that the user can still navigate in that Contact information Section and view the "job title" field...
Would you know any way we could disable the contact information page?
Too technical for me to do in a supported manner.
What people usually do is hide a field. Not supported either, but less risky.
You would get better answers if you started a new question on that.
For the time being you could put some text in that field eg. See Res properties, This field is not in use etc
