  • 1.  Graphic Equalizer Widget not working on browser - "Unsupported Widget Type"

    Hi,

     

    I have created a dashboard using the available data viewers. Among them Graphic Equalizer is not working on Web Browser and displaying "Unsupported Widget Type".

    Please suggest if I have missed any property that needs to be configured.

     

    Also, is there any possibility to add more widgets for Dashboard. If yes, from where I can get the reference. Please suggest.

    Hi Siddharth

       Is there someone in your company that can open a case where you can add the needed files?

       Did you check the EM/Webview/workstation logs for errors at the time that you displayed the dashboard? Did you try with other browsers? What browser are you using?
