We're unable to update ticket from activities menu on ticket within ca service management app (using iOS). Any idea why this occours?
Do you see the same behavior for the Administrator login? Try to login to the URL from the desktop browser to verify the behavior.
Yes, it is a random behaviour. Support recommended return to the list screen and refresh the list and then try again, it sounded quite rare but, it works. Refreshing the list before open ticket detail, make that the update status option to appears. By the way ome times it is necesarry to refresh many times (between 3 or 5 times), but works. So crazy!!
