    Project Managers have requested that they have the ability to set the actual finish date on a task (in Clarity and MS Project) that is later than the date the last hour is posted on assignments. The Project Manager should be the one to determine when a task is completed, and just because the last hour is posted on an assignment does not mean that work was completed satisfactorily. The current work around is to use a milestone to mark the actual finish date, but you lose the duration variance of the task.

    Did you post this in ideation? where the ERQ shuold go.

    Another work around should be to leave a little ETC on the assignments.
