    Thank you for the reply. Why ActiveMQ database getting full? We have alerts from only one client moving to SOI Console. what could be the reason behind that? Is there any other reason that can cause ActiveMQ database to get full apart from high number of alerts moving to Console?

    Hi Sumit,

     

    It could be due to various reasons, one of them is connection between SOI Manager & DB...if the connection is lost and very poor connection would fill up this store.

    You can check Manager to DB connectivity by clicking on 'Database Connectivity' link on the SOI Manager debug page.

    What could cause connection issue between SOI Manager & DB? We have checked log files and got error message mentioned in subject line.What can be done to avoid this from reoccurring? Is there any other logs we can check which can confirm the possible cause of this connection lost?

    Hi Sumit,

     

    The connection between Manager to DB fails due to many reasons, either network or DB services etc.

    The error in the subject line indicating that the activemq store is full, you can check soimgr-debug.log(s) in the \soi\tomcat\logs folder.
