    Hi Issac,

The links are terminated from the LLB devices and the devices are discovered in the console.

But the links are not pinging from the console. From the Network device interfaces it shows as up.

Kindly let me know how to create the policy to monitor links.

    Thanks

    Shwetha

Since you're connecting to an ISP, are you using BGP as the routing protocol? Chances are you'll be discovering the Provider links in the Enterprise VPN Manager which will establish Live Links between your router and the "Enterprise" cloud. That way when a link goes down you get the BAD LINK DETECTED alarm (and likely also BGP alarms as well if you've turned on the BGP manager on the VNM model).

What sort of monitoring are you trying to set up?  Are you just concerned about up/down, or are you concerned about usage thresholds, or something else?
