I have recently updated ca nimsoft to 8.4 and facing an issue regarding the users to be added in UMP. when creating a user , popup comes as user coudn't be saved. Also If a user is saved on next time logging in , it doesn't show that user. i have opened the case for same in ca a week back and haven't came to effective conclusion yet.

Hi Jagjot,

 

If the person have access on UIM then the same user ID can be used for login into UMP. However if you have integrated your environment through LDAP then you need to take help with your AD team.
