AUTO POPULATE TIMESHEET

HI All,
I didn't understand the query related to auto-populate in my clarity's timesheet 13.1.
I set auto-populate option off in configure option .

But sometimes Auto-populate shows me some investments, other time other... what is this the logical query? I think it shows all the investments that I have included in the team with the open for time entry true and the date are included in the range data option. ..
Is there tecnical document to explain better it?

Auto-Populate
Automatically populates all subsequent timesheets according to the rule set.
Values:
■ Off. Do not auto-populate timesheets.
■ Copy time entries from the previous timesheet. Populates new timesheets with the task entries from the current timesheet.
■ Copy time entries from the previous timesheet and include actuals (actuals not copied for incidents). Populates new timesheets with the task entries and daily actuals from the current timesheet. Actuals for one-time time entries, such as vacation or sick time, are not copied.
