Quick Installation guide for SiteMinder and SharePoint 2010 PoC

Is there a concise guide for installing CA SiteMinder 12.5 on Windows 2008 r2 server for purpose of carrying out a PoC to integrate SM and SharePoint 2010?
The guides on support site are very comprehensive. We need a do a quick PoC and would like to have mimum steps required to setup this lab.

Viiji,

there is no way to take short cuts and have a working SiteMinder/Sharepoint integration. the integration itself is complex and thus the guides are full of a lot of required information.
If you need this fast and do not think you can set it up without assistance, please see your Account Team as they should be able to arrange a Proof of Concept for you.
