I have instrumented CA Service Desk with CA Wily APM.Whenever I am accessing Service desk only frontend is appearing in the investigator tree.How can I instrument the object layer and backend as these are not appearing by default?

We can monitor only the front end. APM cannot monitor DomServer or SpellServer as they are not Java or .NET applications.

No there is not. I developed this in conjunction with a customer remotely and I did not have a SD environment to do dashboards.
Once deployed, the metrics are self-explanatory and you can quickly make one in a few minutes. Check the sample output log from webstats to see the contents of the data returned.
