I'd be interested to try this agent, where would one get Web Server agent for Apache?
Does this provide any correlation between Apache and an App server as well?

    Thanks

There is no special agent just for Apache. This agent monitors all Apache-based and IIS-based web servers.

Use the Standalone PowerPack agent installer to install the web server agent.

Apologies for my ignorance, but where would I get this power pack from?
I checked in "download products" tab in the support website, but could not find any power packs there.
    There were following agents though

    CA Introscope Agent Installers r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Java Agent Files for All Application Servers (No Installer)
CA Introscope Default Agent Files (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for Oracle Weblogic (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for IBM Websphere Application Server (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for JBoss (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for Apache Tomcat (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for Oracle Application Server (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for Sun One (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for Fujitsu Interstage (No Installer) r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Environment Performance (EP) Agent Files r9.1.5.0
CA Introscope Agent Files for Microsoft .NET (No Installer) r9.1.5.0

In "download solution" didn't find anything either.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

I found "IntroscopeStandaloneAgentPPInstaller9.1.5.0unix.tar" included in "CA Introscope Agent Installers r9.1.5.0" downloaded tar.
    Would that be it?

    That's the *nix installer.
There's a version to install on *nix or Windows.
You only need a single agent to monitor multiple servers.

I really didn't answer your second question.

The Web Server agent only provides metrics related to performance and nothing related to the business portion.
