    “Extending the value for Wily APM users with NEC IA and CA Service Operation Insights”. - Attend this webcast and learn how NEC IA’s new integration with CA SOI can leverage CA APM performance data for added predictive capability, and reduce MTTR with increased guidance to help isolate root cause. NEC will show a CA APM - IA - SOI use case, where IA uses performance data from CA APM, and can predictively alert performance anomalies to the appropriate business service in SOI, which can then escalate tickets to the domain manager (e.g. APM Introscope) for faster time to resolution.

    Presented by Jean-Pierre Gueguen, NEC Corporation and demo by Shinichiro Nishino, Product Engineer, NEC Invariant Analyzer.
