    Is it supported to go from On Premise 2014.3 to the latest version 2016.1?  Or do we need to go through the 2015 versions?  Thanks.

    Yes, you can take a backup from the 2014.3 version and restore it to 2016.1 without going through the 2015 versions. Plesae note the restore process may take a bit of time as the data is run through the migrations and changes that have occurred in the releases since 2014.3.

    Thank you for the information.  Is there any guide/s as to how much time is added going through the migrations and changes?
