Our customer is going to be upgrading to 2014.2 soon, currently operating on 2013.3. Just wanted to confirm, is this upgrade possible? More specifically, is it okay to not have upgraded to 2014.1 before upgrading to 2014.2? Thank you!

@Ryan Knoblauch Thank you for your question. There is no limitation to upgrading from 2013.3 directly to 2014.2. As I mentioned in my previous post, we strongly recommend you test the upgrade process so you have an idea of how it will go when you are ready to upgrade production.
