    Hey Kathy, not directly.  Rather, one could map a defect to one of the user stories that is part of a feature.  Does that help?

    not really.  we have the defect mapped to a US but we need to map to a feature too.  I'll just put the feature info in the description, I guess.  Thanks for the info (and sorry for huge delay in answering - I never saw the response come thru email and I realized today that I never got an answer)  :)

    Hi John and Kathy,
    At the moment it seems to be duplicating upkeep of any team work in Rally. Are there any plans - or means of requesting a change - where defects can be created directly / hooked up to a feature?

    Richard, we do have a way to submit ideas directly to Product Management, via https://ideas.rallydev.com.  And here's that exact idea (https://ideas.rallydev.com/ideas/D3454)!  Feel free to vote / discuss!
