Rally recently introduced a new visual design for our SaaS product. On-Premises 2013.3 is shipped with the new UI disable. If you wish to turn it on, contact Rally Support for assistance.
WARNING: there are larger data migrations that are performed with this release when upgrading the backup from 2013.1 or earlier. Large customers may see restore times as long as two hours.
