The 10-0004 errors are due to the "host" HTTP Variable being unreadable/unavailable

This is usually a cosmetic error, as the host variable is present in only HTTP 1.1 compliant requests, and HTTP 0.9 and 1.0 requests do not have this variable.

The most common cause of this is due to a health checker or some other testing tools, as the they may not necessarily be HTTP 1.1 compliant and the webagent will reject the requests.

We also have this same error but have changed our F5 to be HTTP 1.1 compliant rather than 1.0 and are still seeing these errors.

EDIT: We applied the 1.1 HTTP to the F5 in our network and did not notice this to be the issue or resolve the 500's. We believe it might be an out of date web agent version in the 12.51 build.
