    Post applying SOI 4.2 Cumulative 2, Users may experiece problems launching SOI Console with signed jars expired.
    Please follow the KB article below to download  apply the updated jars.

    Updated signer jars are attached here as well:

    Steps to apply the jars:

    1. Stop "CA SOI User Interface Server" service
    2. Take the backup of existing JARs at <SOI_HOME>\SamUI\webapps\sam\lib.
    3. Replace with the downloaded JARs from the case
    4. Start "CA SOI User Interface Server" service

    Please note these jars and KB only apply to SOI 4.2 Cum 2.
