Does anyone have any documents illustrating the use of Service Contracts? I understand the relationship of the Site, Location and Organization, but our scenario requires that a contact of an organization to manage multiple contracts.

The Service Desk Manager 12.5 Greenbookcontains a topic with steps on how to set a service contract. With that in hand, I suggest you create a sample using your real data so you are able to analyze or identify how you will define the use of Service Contracts in your environment.
