  • 1.  Multy Tenancy question

    Hi Team,

    Is it possible to have a Super Tenant which can be a requestor for any Tenant, just like we have assignee?

    The requirement is that MSP employees should be able to log a ticket for any tenant (this is possible) but in the requestor field it should be their name.

    Please advise how can we achieve that.

    Hi Pavel,

    Yes this is possible. I just tested this and it works fine...I set the "Requestor" to a user that belongs to Service Provider tenant and the "Affected End User" to a user the belongs to another tenant.
