I wish to know if Core Wily APM or any of its add on components are able to achieve ISP performance monitoring.
We have this customer who has a web application that is partly PAAS and partly IAAS. Now, most users would
access this application from either Maxis or TM (both are Telco providers in Malaysia). We need to provide information
to the customer regarding the performance of this mobile app on Maxis and TM. Tons of users have recently complained
that the website is slow on TM. What we wish to know is whether APM can allow us for something like this. Please guide
if someone has done this with APM before. I know that Compuware Gomez is able to achieve this.
