SQL quairy - Clarity PPM

    Hello

     

    I am trying to find the table(s) in SQL Management Studio that have all the resources' and users' details. I wander what table(s) is this stored at?

    Look at the Tech ref Entity relation diagrams

    cmn_sec_users

    srm_resources

    pac_mnt_resources

    and others

    Hi Davitg,

     

    You can take a look at the technical reference guide but at start you can use SRM_RESOURCES & CMN_SEC_USERS.

    I am using MS SQL server 2005 - can I view Tech ref Entity relation diagrams from there?

    As Martti mentioned, it's part of CA docs.


    You can access the same for the CA support site

    In order to download Restricted Content, you have to login to CA Support as noted above by Martii:

     

    Log in to support online

    And go to documentation.

     

    Or go to booksehlf directly

    Then login in to get access to the Restricted contend  where the Tech Ref is

    Hi ,

     

    From here I clicked on restricted bookshelf then it askes me to login .

    I logged in with my credentical then  it is running running ...nothing is happening.

    Please find the screen shots for the same .

    Are you on support ie do you have maintenance?

    You need that. Then you need the site id and your ID authorized to login to online support with that site id.

    Find out who is the CA contact in your organization and then if you have a site ID and if your id is authorized for login.

    If not talk to your CA account manger to get thing going.
