    Hello Sir,

    We would require to get the Clarity technical reference guide version V13.

    Could you please tell us (or share any link) where we can get the Version V13 as we have v12 version.

    Thanks in advance

    These are all on-line on CA's site.    (for the admin side you will need to be logged in with your support id)

    Just download the relevant "bookshelf" and you have all the documentation;

    Clicking on this link seems to take me into an endless redirect loop.  Does anyone know if the location of the Technical Reference Guide has changed?  I'm looking for the version that supports v13.3.12.

    Thanks

    Link works fine for me, but I get that forever loop sometimes with the CA support site. Are you using a nonIE browser? I've gotten it with both Chrome and Firefox. Usually have to close the browser completely. Sometimes clearing cookies is enough but not always.

    Nah, link does not work, I tried 3 different browsers, all went into an endless loop.

    You can try going to the bookshelf itself then following the link to the TechRef, but its a restricted URL that requires login which is what is likely causing the loop

    Yeah both of those links work fine for me too ; but I am currently signed in with an account that has restricted (i.e. support) access.

    --

    How to "navigate" there for me is;

    Log into support ; https://support.ca.com/irj/portal/newhome

    In the "Knowledge Centre" box click "Documentation"

    Choose "CA Clarity PPM 13.3.00 (On Premise - Restricted Content) -US English" in the "Select a Bookshelf" drop-down (its a BIG list in there!)

    That should take you to ;https://support.ca.com/cadocs/7/CA%20Clarity%20PPM%2013%203%2000%20%20On%20Premise%20-%20Restricted%20Content%20-ENU/Bookshelf.html

    and the "Technical Reference Guide" is in the first section.

    (but if your account doesn't have access you'll probably not see the right values in the bookshelf drop-down - that link is much the same as the ones posted earlier in the thread)

    If this still doesn't work I'd suggest contacting your account rep, maybe they need to add v13 to your account

    When not logged in to support online

    https://support.ca.com/cadocs/0/CA%20Clarity%20PPM%2013%203%2000%20%20On%20Premise%20-ENU/Bookshelf.html

    works OK for me. You can try to access Tech ref from clicking T, but if you are not logged in clicking View Online will take you into an endless loop

    while

    https://support.ca.com/cadocs/7/CA%20Clarity%20PPM%2013%203%2000%20%20On%20Premise%20-%20Restricted%20Content%20-ENU/Bookshelf_Files/HTML/techref/index.htm

    does go to an endless loop.directly.

    When I copied the link to the post I was logged in and opening the tech ref was not a problem.

    Whenever I've had the loop issue (which is probably about once a week to be honest) I've had to delete all the site cookies in Chrome. On the next try I get a login page and am able to login and proceed to the doc without issue.
