In Release 13.1, we introduced a stand-alone glossary of terms as a "guide" for the documentation set. You can see this by clicking "Glossary" under the letter G under "Product Documentation - Alphabetical" in the bookshelf.

Do you reference this glossary, and how often? Do you like having this as a stand-alone "guide"? Or, would you rather it be delivered as part of some other guide (Admin Guide, etc.).

Your thoughts, suggestions, and comments are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for bringing that up. That is welcome addition to the documentation and my personal preference is stand-alone. If that were as part of some other guide you would always have to try to remember which one and search for it.

The address (for me) to get to that is
    https://support.ca.com/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=navurl://00833e24232a8389790321266de9240d
Note that it is in the bookshelf not in the other product documentation.

For the usage I have may be referred to a Glossary 2 - 3 times during the last year based on a thread on the message board. Now it is easier and I can do that more often.

    While at this

It appears that for BRM Release Notes
    the link
    Download PDF
    gives an error.

Bookshelf CA Clarity PPM 13.1.00 (On Premise) -Finnish has all the document names neatly translated into Clarity Finnish. However, only some of the documents are actually in Finnish.
That is understandable and acceptable, but the user could be made aware of that before opening or downloading documents.

Hi Martii, thank you very much for your comments about the Glossary - very nice to know that you use it and that you suggest it be stand-alone. Also, thank you for the notes about the other items- nice catches!

I think the glossary would be useful standalone. Could someone tell me how to find it?
