Hi all,

Does anyone know where could I find Spectrum (OneClick) logs which would show what happens when web server script is executed?

I am running old version of Spectrum (Version 10.3.0.0.341). A few days ago I ran into an issue. I cannot start web server script anymore.

It used to work like this:
- Someone press custom button via Spectrum console
- Custom script is executed on custom button press

Now nothing happens when custom button is pressed. I see output box, but no exit code, no error code appears. I did try to restart tomcat server, Linux server (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.9 (Maipo)), however no effect.


This command used to work before and works if executed while connected via SSH session.

[spectrum@dk1-ntm24-cas ~]$ python3 --version
Python 3.6.8

Did you try the validate tag to see if the item is still displayed? Are you using the full path to the executable?​
